Rigorous scholarship.
Clear analysis.
Honest inquiry.

Antizionism has become one of the most influential ideologies shaping the academy, public discourse, and the broader infosphere, and has politicized the academy. Yet it has not been systematically studied as a scholarly subject in its own right, apart from whatever its precise relationship is to antisemitism. The Institute for the Critical Study of Antizionism (ICSA) exists to fill this gap.

What We Do

ICSA brings together scholars, researchers, and practitioners to examine antizionism as an ideology, a worldview, and a movement. Our work spans research, publications, convenings, teaching materials, professional development, and more.

Why It Matters

Antizionism exerts tremendous social, cultural, and moral influence, and in erasing the distinction between activism and scholarship constitutes an attack on the most fundamental academic norms, yet its intellectual foundations and real-world consequences remain underexplored. Understanding this phenomenon is essential for scholars, educators, policymakers, and the public.
